Traditional Cuisine cooked with Passion and Vibrancy
NAVA's PRINCIPLEs
Nava, meaning fresh, derives from Sanskrit, the ancient Indo-European language of India.
Nava delivers traditional cuisine cooked with passion and vibrancy, enriched with flavours and tastes, from the Indian sub-continent. Taking this beautiful cuisine back to its roots, by providing traditional, healthier & greener dishes which have been cooked in the homes and streets of India for many years. Nava’s key principle is to source local seasonal produce, natural oils, fresh herbs and spices. Prepared freshly daily, all food will be cooked ready to serve, then blast chilled to frozen ready for delivery. Blast chilling retains quality, composure, nutrients and health benefits, whilst removing all bacteria.
Using high quality ingredients helps Nava deliver food with great health benefits. These range from using turmeric which provides anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties to using cinnamon which lowers blood sugar levels and has a powerful anti-diabetic effect. So why cook at home when we can deliver as good or better food to you? At great value for money, packed with essential ingredients and super foods, Nava gives you precious time to enjoy eating with your friends, family or colleagues.

About us
Originating from Indian heritage, as the founders of Nava we offer over 30 years of industry experience. We take pride by connecting our customers to delicious tastes, providing individual characteristics from different regions of India. The northern region of Punjab, known as the bread-basket of India, produces crops such as wheat, sugarcane, barley and lentils into main stay key staple dishes. Food from this region is also synonymous to its culture rich, robust and full of life offering curries with depth of flavour and spices developed from one of the world’s oldest civilisations. In southern areas such as Karnataka and Kerala the food is heavily influenced by a “yoga” diet and is made up of lighter foods including fresh fruit, vegetables, spices, a food heaven for vegans and vegetarians.
